hi there,

i have a fairly well planted 48 uk (about 57US) gallon tank and currently have:

2 baby sae
5 black phantom tetras
4 glowlight danios
4 black ruby barbs
4 peppered cory cats
1 bn

I want to add a few more black phantom tetras but after that i dont know what to add and im not sure how close i am to being fully stocked. i really want some sort of centre piece fish but i dont know what will be suitable. i was thinking about one of the following:

either a rainbow shark, a marbled angel, 2 bolivian rams or a pair of kribs.

also, since i got the 4 barbs my corys think theyre part of the shoal and wont leave the barbs alone. this is making my tank look really unorganised so something that would calm them down a bit would be great.

Tank water pars (mgl)

ph 7.6

tap water ph 7.5

please criticise, comment and suggest things for my list.

Cheers all

My choice would be to go with the pair of Bolivian Rams (if you can be sure to get female and male) or add more cories to see if that can help. Good luck!

Getting more Peppered Corys will make them stop following the barbs around. I think it would also be a good idea to bump up your Danio choprae shoal to about eight individuals, as they are spectacular fish.

You can add more Peppered Corydoras & more Glowlight Danios.

I personally would only increase the Peppered Cories into a good sized school. Remember the SAEs will get very large fat and useless as far as algae eaters go.

Have a look in [link=My Profile]http://

My full-grown SAEs were excellent algae eaters.
