Whoever dreamt up this marketing department piece of dreck should be taken out, harpooned, and fed to Redtailed Catfish.

For 99.99999% of fish species, this isn't a home, it's a concentration camp. And I can't think of any Bettas that would welcome it either.

A while back, before the "year zero" board archiving, I wrote an article here entitled An Aquarium Is Not A TV. Some of the regulars may have read it. I think it's time to post it again. Because what with the "school ecology" project Cory_Di told me about in another thread, and this, it seems that there's an awful lot of people out there want educating. OK, posting the article here is rather like preaching to the choir somewhat, because among the regulars certainly, this contraption will elicit shudders of sheer horror. But I think that article needs a new outing. Shall I post it?

they have these srt up in one of my pet stores.

there alot bigger. but they are very narrow.

i guess they are supose to be living artwork.
not fair on the fishes i know. but people wil buy it

i've been to this pet store a few times and they have 5 tanks like this. 3 of them always have an alage issue.

it;s really really sad.
