i have a HOB cannister filter, and i inject co2 into the input tube at 1 bps rate, and the output shoots a lot of tiny bubbles out, is there anything i could add in the filter to lower the amount of bubbles that come out??

The bubbles coming out are your co2... Why would you want to lessen that? The more and smaller the bubbles the more co2. You can add more filter media to chop up the bubbles into smaller ones so they dissolve better but you still have the same amount of co2 coming out. Also an HOB and a cannister filter are 2 different things unless you mean a HOT Magnum.

well yeah they do form this bubble "cloud" on top, but because of my filter output, it brings all the bubbles back down into the water, so the whole tank is all bubbles (after the lights come on and co2 kicks in)

If it were me, I believe I would use a powerhead instead to disperse the CO2. By using your HOT intake you are shortening the life of your impellor due to cavitation from the injected CO2. If instead you put your CO2 lead on the fresh air intake on a powerhead you will not only solve the problem of premature wear but also your micro bubble dilema. With the powerhead you will be able to direct the flow as neccesary to reduce the clouding you have now.

yeah i cant add a powerhead to my tank because the current will be too strong, the HOT system is already enough, but i did purchase the diffuser kit came with the co2 regulator, the weird looking thing with a ceramic disk, but the holder keeps slipping, so i end up not using it.

i just went and bought a wood diffuser, same size bubbles as the ceramic ones, any comments on the wood ones??
