Sounds like they are very happy in your tank! Come Play Yahtzee With Me! http://games.atari.com Http://www.myleague.com/yahtgames |

Usually the females just ignore them and keep swimming. Sometimes they all get in a competition and one corner of the tank will be just full of flashing fins. The males sure throw alot of effort into it but they just can't seem to impress the females enough. |

If you want them to spawn, they need conditioning. Time to obtain LOTS of live Daphnia for them, or Brine Shrimp if you can't get Daphnia. Your females are ignoring your males because they're not ripe. Feed them live foods, however, and they'll probably ripen up quite nicely if they're old enough. Try carpet bombing them with live Daphnia for 7 days and see if that makes a difference. I suspect it will! |
