Does anybody know what the tadpoles sold at lfs are. What species of frog are they. I've seen some frogs around my pond and they always looked like leopard frogs.

if you are looking for a specific type of frog, then a lfs may not be the best place to look.you'd have to ask the lfs about what type. but the best place is online.

leopard frogs and bullfrogs are the most common tadpoles by me. I suggest leopards because they are smaller than bullfrogs and the metamorphis is quicker. Bullfrogs can grow up to a foot long and take 2 years to grow into a frog.
