does anybody know if they are too small to be with angels? cuz they only grow bout 1 inch right?

and how are these mini puffers? they look real cute, and eats water bugs + snails? how big of snails can they eat??

The only problem with the mini puffers is that they will nip an angel's fins. And they probably can't eat snail bigger than themselves. If you really want puffers, a seperate tank for just them doesn't really have to be big or expensive. A 5 gallon would be more than adequate. But, it would probably not work out with angels.

don't give up hope, you could easily pick up a tank from petland for under $20. The 2.5 gallons they sell, although on the smaller side, could hold a puffer. Or, you get a 5 gallon and have 2 - 3.

Personally, I would not recommend putting a dp in a 2.5 gallon tank, they're too difficult to keep stable, there's just not enough water there. 5 gallons are ok, especially with lots of plants, but I think a 2.5 would be pushing it.
