Yeah probably dinner.....if you have a lof of hiding places in the tank, they could still be alive....Mine have disappeared for days before, but I always find them safe and sound. the scariest by far is when they moult and leave a nice big empty shell in the tank for you to find and think is a shrimp corpse. I always panic when I see the moults, even though I should know better by now.

I actually doubt that even the angel would be able to eat them and even less be interested in doing so unless it was starving. Being 3 cm long they would more probably be Amanos than ghosts and I assure you that they are capable to take care of themselves. They will most likely turn up once they have settled in. By the way, for how long have they been lost and how large is the tank?

So here I am once more...

I'm thinking that they became someone's dinner. I've seen betta girls literally eat themselves to death, because they could off of ghost shrimp. But, then again I do have 1 ghost shrimp that is still with me and I have had him for 3 years now, not to mention that he has survived 2 movesSo they may be alive, or they could have been a great dinner. As it goes in the fish world you won't know until you see them again, and if you never see them again, well you can assume, they were lip licking good...heidi

They very well could have become dinner, but I have two shrimp that I am only able to get a glimps of them every two months or so. Like said above, if you have a lot of hiding places they may be okay.
