They spend a lot of time swimming around, and would appreciate a good deal more room. Personally, I'd go with the cherry barbs. They tend to be calm fish, and don't need to be kept in large groups like other barbs. Just to clarify, you will need a heater if you want tropical fish. A twenty-five watt heater should do the trick. ![]() |

They don't need much if any filtrateion as long as you change the water, and they have some intense coloring! I was given a pair and they are pretty cool. |
