	new 40 gallon long

We can help you along the way. However, the initial decision is yours. However, since I am excited and like living through others, I'll be more than happy to help you. Basically there are a few ways you can go with any decent sized tank like yours. Community African chichlid - Mawali African chichlid - Tangs Aggressive (might be hard in your tank) Species-only Brackish Saltwater In your case, I would do African chichlids of some sort. community has been done and done and done again. Everybody has angelfish and tetras. Brackish and saltwater require lots of time and money. In an agressive or species only, you wouldn't be able to fit alot in that tank. Therefore, I say Africans. It would make a nice cichlid tank too, tho. I have only one question for those who know, because I don't. If the tank is 10 years old, how good is the silicone seal? How long do they last?

They last pretty long if it is a well-made tank. I have a 10 gallon that is approaching its 12th birthday, and the seals still look brand new. I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash.
