Technically all of those fish could fit in there, but I wouldn't do it simply because mollies and corys have completely different water requirements. Mollies do best in hard, alkalyne, brackish water, while corys (and especially panda corys) do best in soft, acidic water with no salt.

Platys would be fine with pandas. If you only want platys and pandas then you could get like:
10 pandas
6 platys(all females or 2 male and 4 female.
What kind of filteration do you have? Is the tank cycled?

just because floor space is definitely an issue in a 20 gallon tank i wouldn't recommend keeping any more than 6 or 8 panda corys in one personally.

honestly platys are OK in softer water like what you'd be looking for for a panda cory tank but they do prefer harder water with some salt added. If it were up to me I would stock the tank with:

6 panda corys
6 rummynose tetras
1 pair dwarf gouramis

If you're really set on livebearers and want the platys, You could do:

6 panda corys
6 rummynose tetras
1 male 2 female platys OR guppies

if you don't want the rummies:

6 panda corys
1 male 2 female platys
1 pair dwarf gouramis

Other schoolers that would work in place of the rummynose tetras:

harlequin or other small rasboras, neon tetras, black neon tetras, head and tail light tetras, glowlights, there are tons really :%)

HTH

The long finned serpae are really nippy so them with a bolivian ram may not be a good idea. though you could have:
6 panda corys
6 serpaes(long finned)
4 platys(3 female 1 male or 4 female.)
How does that sound?

it's not so much the serpaes I would be worried about with the bolvian rams as it is overstocking. Adding a pair of rams to that stock would be pushing it but that really depends on a lot of factors: how well you maintain the tank, filtration, fake/real plants, decorations, etc. If you really wanted the rams you could get them instead of the platys.

Keep in mind that your platys WILL spawn. Even if you leave the fry in with the parents to fend for themselves, you are almost guaranteed to get a few survivors that will FULLY stock your tank eventually, so you'll want to be modest with your original stock. Be prepared to find homes for the babies as your platys spawn.

Also, with platys (most livebearers actually) you want to have a greater number of females than males. This is why they are commonly sold in trios by reputable dealers. If you don't have more than one female for every male, the females will basically be stressed and harassed (eventually to death) by the males as they are very prolific spawners!

I wouldn't advise of anything smaller than 15 gallons for rams of either type, but especially bolivians. A 10 gallon tank can be used temporarily for spawning but even then, the bigger the better. The short answer: Nope, sorry you can't keep rams in a 5 gallon tank.

Bolvian rams reach about 3 inches when they're mature. Blue rams are a bit smaller but require very clean and stable water, which is very difficult to achieve in a 5 gallon tank. Rams are also a bit territorial and will definitely appreciate the floor space of a larger tank.
