is this possible? i have heard of alot of people that have had parrots breed. i thought that they couldn't and the only way to get them was hyred breeding them. i have around 7 of them that have been living in a tank together for around 1 year, and they are on the big side, and they haven't shown the slightest signs of breeding.

They can and do. You are correct in assuming that most pairs lay unfertilized eggs, though.
