Hey everyone,

I found some worms in my backyard and thought, hey I should feed these to my fish, so I came down to my fishroom, and started putting them in my 55. I dropped one that the fish didn't see, so I went to get it, and my male parrotfish stated attacking like crazy! I looked under where my female was in their "house" I made for them, and there are hundreds of eggs! She laid them on the side of a rock, and they are clearish white in color, but I don't know what color they are suppose to be. I think they are the right color, and not fungus ridden, because I only see about 3 that are bright white.

My question is, I was going to put the rock that the eggs are on in my 29 gallon tank, and take my angels out of it. Will this work? What should I do to ensure that the eggs don't die on me during the move?

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks

GrimZ

i thought that parrot fish are hybreds and don't breed, but i have been hearing storys about 'em breeding. n.e way i wouldn't. i wouldn't rick moveing the eggs. if possible leave the eggs in that tank.

I wouldn't move then until they have hatched and free swimming, if he is attacking you that means he is guarding the eggs and is not a threat to them

The difference between 'involvement' and 'commitment' is like an bacon and egg breakfast: the chicken was 'involved' - the pig was 'committed'."
