A lot of folks keep cardinal tetras, however if your angels are full grown make sure that you also get full grown cardinal tetras.

if the angels are large, then i would go with a golden barb school, but for a natural and with smaller angels, neon and cardinal school will look nice.

I used to keep glow lights with mine many years ago. The Angels never messed with them. Of course it depends on your angels.

I would keep the tank well planted so any tetras have places to hide if you are going in that direction. Then I would choose a larger variety like maybe lemons or bleeding hearts. Stay away from some of the nippy varieties like Buenos Aires tetras because then it will be your angels in danger instead of the other way around. I would not choose something as small as neons, or you may have just bought yourself an expensive snack. Also, no matter what fish you buy, some angels are just bad tempered and territorial (like a couple of mine were) and would not allow ANY new fish in the tank... even fish bigger than themselves! Good luck with it!

Oh, and another interesting option you can consider for schooling fish are corydoras. They can be quite the entertaining addition to any tank.

(How funny, Daka and I were thinking the same thing at the same time with the cories!)

A school of Tetra's &/or a school of Corydoras would be very nice with Angels.
