Paradise fish and bettas are very likely not to get along. Tetras need to be kept in schools of at least 6 so more black neons and neons. Clowns also need to be kept in groups and can get near 12". They would be better off being returned since you would need a tank over double what you have to keep a proper school. Finally tiger barbs are fin nippers and will probably destroy the fins on your betta, paradise fish, and probably pick on the tetras. In a large group they may be alright but they do have a reputation for picking on other fish. If you fill out the tetra schools you probably won't have much room left for another top swimming school. I would do 8-10 neons and 8-10 black neons along with the paradise fish and consider the top level stocked. A school of cories or smaller loaches would be great for the bottom or another bristlenose.

Don't add a Betta in that setup & Tetra's & Corydoras need to stay in schools of at least 6 from the same species.

CL's will get too big fr your tank & i would trade them for something else.

You can add some more Plants & Driftwood & the most important thing, is to make sure that your fish are compatable.

overstocked. i wouldn't get the loaches, and the tiger barbs. you will need around 5-6 more neons.

a 55 with

2 paradise fish
6-8 black neons
6-8 neons
6-8 cories
3-4 yoyo loaches

isnt over stocked,it is just fully stocked, as both neon types produce very little waste.
