kinda catchy if i do say so myself

ok, my 20 long is like realy over stocked, so to take some of the load off it i set up another 10 gallon, and a 20 high.

current 10 gallon stock:
-nothing

current 20 high stock:
- 1 goldfish
- 1 sunfish
- 1 Nemacheilus pallidus
(goldfish and sunfish are going back to the store, hopefully tomorrow, and the sunfish is about 2.5 inches)

current 20 long stock:
- 3 otto catfish
- 2 small plecos
- around 10 guppies
- 2 mollys
- 2 cichlids
- 1 ram
- 2 bettas
- 3 rainbows (threadfin)
- 10 corys

as you can tell, the tank needs some help, who should i move?

10 gallon stock:
- 2 bettas
- 3 guppies
- 5 corys

20 high stock:
- 1 Nemacheilus pallidus
- 2 mollys
- 1 small pleco
- 2 cichlids
- 4 guppies

20 long stock:
- 3 otto catfish

That's how'd do it, and then you possibly have more room for other fish.

I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash.

how about...

10 gallon stock:
- 2 mollys
- male guppies

20 high stock:
- 1 Nemacheilus pallidus
- 1 small pleco
- 2 cichlids
- female guppies
- 5 corys

20 long stock:
- 3 otto catfish
- 1 small pleco
- 2 bettas
- 1 ram
- 3 rainbows (threadfin)
- 5 corys
(oh and i forgot my 2 zebra danios, eventually they will be joined by their 3 offspring)

think that could work too? i just want to try and not mess up my 20 long as best as i can, and i already moved the 2 mollys to the 10 gallon and the guppies will be easy to catch, but the goldfish and sunfish will eat the guppies for sure, thats one reason they have to go.

Fishy, I think cory's stocking was the best.
Mollies in a 10g tank? - No. They are simply too large.
I like the idea of seperate male and female guppies though.
Watch carefully for male-male aggression. I have always found males kept alone tore each other apart. Something to keep a close eye on.

ok, i will go whith that stocking then. my males have never tore at eachother maybe its my water lol, but i have never had a nipped guppy when they were isolted like that

edit: also i htink the molly dies, because one of my rats fell off my shoulder and into the tank, scaired the poop out of the poor thing! i will see if a water change will help
