when it comes to stocking do you guys consider what types of fish produces more wastes than others?? if so, what some of the biggest waste producers?? what about light waste producers?

i am trying to see if my 29g tank will exceed its limit, and this is what i have...

1 pair of angels (2 x 5" = 10)
1 clown pleco (1 x 5" = 5)
2 SAE (2 x 5" = 10)
3 oto (3 x 1" = 3)
5 rummy nose (5 x 1.5" = 7.5)
total = 35.5 inches
plants, plants, plants, and plants

but right now the fish are these sizes...

angels - 2"
clown pleco - 1"
SAE - 1.5"
oto - 0.75"
rummy nose - 1"

i think eventually i will end up trading the clown pleco and one of the SAE, but i dont like to split schooling fish...

Well, it isn't just waste that is your problem. The angels will outgrow a 29 gallon. They might also harass the other fish if they are in fact a pair. If they aren't a true pair, then they will fight with each other. The SAEs get really big. I've seen older ones at the LFS that I assume have been returned. They could easily hit 6 inches, which is a lot when you really see them.

They shade the glow of it with their mossy-misty costumes,
They wear masks of silk, porcelain, brass, and silver,
So as not to mislead with their own, ordinary faces.

A lot of breeders keep their pairs in 20highs or 29s. I don't think there's anything wrong with it.

yeah i was told to get 6 angels in a 29, and remove the others when one pair is formed.

so is my stock ok? i know something probably will need to go eventually, clown and one of the SAE, but if my tank is heavily planted will i be okay?

29gal. is Ok for a pair of Angels, but you have other fish with them.
I would remove the SAE's & maybe the Clown Pleco & Goodluck with your breeding Angels.
