Aside from my rivertank my tanks have around 10 times the tanks volume in filtration. Meaning on a 10g I'd have around 100gph total. If you mean a fluval 304 then you have 260gph right there. Plus you didn't say what the powerhead is. Your setup is also likely to be creating a whirlpool instead of recreating the steady flow of a river. What fish are you planning to keep in the tank? |
