Is this true 110 Litre tank at work It contains 2 New Guinea Rainbows 1 Angel (needs to be moved as i hear when it is big enough it will eat the tetras) 6 Neon Tetras 3 guppies 4 Corrie 4 small golden chinese algae eaters (need to removed soon i hear) 1 Red Dwarf Gourami :%) |

Just feed them before you go out for the weekend. My ex got her fishs starve for about 4 days!!! during Christmas time, but that's a little to long... If your fish get really hungry, they'll eat algae and food that sank in the bottom, and if you have plants your fishs that like plants might eat some to survive. correct me if I'm wrong guys ![]() |

Healthy fish who have been feed a good diet can go up to a week without food. I would only worry if I were to be gone for more than a week. Then I would need to make premade meal packs for each of my tanks. I would instruct the person doing the feeding to only come by every other day, and to only feed what is in the pack/ziplock bag. That's about as much as I feed my fish anyhow. How often do you think they get to eat in the wild. I assure you it's not always every day. About the only thing those Blocks are good for is mucking up your water quality. |

Feed them as you normally do before you leave and once you get home. It's good for the fish and if they do get hungry you'll end up with a cleaner tank I haven't heard many positive comments about the block feeders.~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is water at the bottom of the ocean |

Your fish will me fine & you can feed them last thing on Friday & first thing on Monday. http://uk.pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/s8xi5heh/album?.dir=b5f2 http://www.deathbydyeing.org/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/corydoras/ Member of the Malta Aquarist Society - 1970. http://www.maltaaquarist.com |

I used those blocks a couple of times just to try them and really found them to be about useless. Your fish will be better off just fasting for a couple of days. ![]() |

After we freed him, he didnt eat for 3 more days, i assume from stress. That is over 2 weeks that he didnt eat. |
