First one looks like some kind of goby.

Second looks more like a killi than a danio.

Picture 1:
Leopard Darter (Percina pantherina). More information.
The plant on which it is resting is Glossostigma elatinoides.

I agree with the darter, but the other one, IMO, looks like a scarlet Badis badis.

Damn, marc beat me to it. It's definitely a scarlet badis. Mine looked nearly identical. Remember, males are bright, females are drab.

Dario dario or Badis badis burmanicus for the second one. Hard to tell which from a picture, but I'd guess the latter, I suppose, as the fish looks bigger than Dario dario's usual max.

i love your darter i have a johney darter myself, they do love to shoal, as i have witnessed in the wild, they are in groups up to 100, but those are mostly females, male are territorial, and i 10 gallon is not a home for 2 unsexed darters (as i found out) they love blood worms and sand, and if u plan to breed, put like 10 in a 20 long with caves and anything they cn slipo under to perform the coartship, a male will stake out a territory, and gaurd it with his life, when a female comes along, he ill chase her away, if she is determined, she will swimm to him upside down, then, he will lead her in and they will spawn side-by-side several females will visit him, and hundreds of eggs can be layed by a single female(oh, and the fry are adorable) so probly more info then u wanted/neded, but u deff have a species of darter
