I have platies in my 29g but I no longer try to rescue the fry. I do have one about 2 months old.

I breed Endler's in a 10g. There are 7 adults and quite a few older fry in that tank. The younger fry are in a 5g grow out tank.

I have a pair of kribs that are just now starting to get along after being together for months, I hope to someday get fry from them.

I currently don't breed... but I assume when my guppies mature, I'll have fry, anyway. I'd love to breed my bettas, but I just don't have the room for it.

Platies, although it all started very much by accident... I bought 5 of them for something colorful and visually stimulating for my daughter (she was 1 yr at the time) and didn't realize until I then researched that we were going to be grandparents so soon! Of course, my daughter (now 18 mos) still loves to wave at the fishes and talk to them. LOL.

I am currently playing around with some blue emperor tetras (or Kerri tetras). In the past there has been some Guppy fry surviving in the community tank but I hardly count them.

So here I am once more...

Have bread Guppies and swordtails in the past....
Have never done egglayers before though.. Once I get new tank cycled ... looking into doing some egglayers.. (Zebra Danio's) or the like..something simple till I get the hang of it them might go to something a little more exotic..

I breed Guppies and Platys,
and my Buenos Aires Tetra pair have spawned once, as well as my white clouds and my leopard danios, with no successful fry. My female weather loach is currently pregnant, and my bala pair do mating dances, so far no eggs though.
I would like to breed dwarf gouramis, but I cannot find any females.
