So far:

Red Terrors (Amphilophus festae)--with new-born fry
Thorichthys maculipinnis (?)--with eggs
Honduran Red Point convicts (Archocentrus sp.)--with eggs

and last but not least *drumroll* Convicts. I know, I know it's hard to believe that these can reproduce in captivity. I'm working on a detailed article on the extensive research and preparation I went through to get these guys to breed. I still have some calculations to do as far as the steps I took to assure the proper water chemistry for them. So, be patient and hopefully soon we'll get a few more people breeding these elusive fishes

I am now attempting German Blue rams but while they seem healthy and happy, no babies yet.

Auratus were very prolific, and very violent.

Convicts were prolific, but more protective than outright violent.

Too bad this doesn't allow for mutliple choices ... okay, so far three species of shellies (the others are in a mixed tank, so I've included fry-eaters to preclude hybrid issues), plus a couple of Apisto species and of course the ol' Krib (although at the time I thought they were P. taeniatus "Wouri," since the seller lied to me) in the past.
Others, past and present: lots and lots and lots of bettas (argh, *never* going back to that), the "Clown Killie" (P. annulatus), the Lyretail killie (A. australe "chocolate", the big four livebearers plus Endler's, goldfish, WCMMs, Danios, Cories (trilineatus, aeneas, and arcuatus), BNs, GloFish and of course Clown Loaches. Okay, joking on that last one ... I do feel like I'm leaving something out, but whatever.

i am looking into breeding my CT betta and maybe after that (if i am sucessful) then i will move on to something harder like tetras so yea i am going to try to get a female CT and breed them over the summer my betta has lots of bubbles everywhere in his tank..(just thought i'd share that)

I don't try and breed anything since my failour of trying to breed bettas.
But I my platty and 2 Balloon Mollys have had babys. I got 24 junior mollys and 2 junior plattys.

I have platies in my 29g but I no longer try to rescue the fry. I do have one about 2 months old.

I breed Endler's in a 10g. There are 7 adults and quite a few older fry in that tank. The younger fry are in a 5g grow out tank.

I have a pair of kribs that are just now starting to get along after being together for months, I hope to someday get fry from them.

Platies, although it all started very much by accident... I bought 5 of them for something colorful and visually stimulating for my daughter (she was 1 yr at the time) and didn't realize until I then researched that we were going to be grandparents so soon! Of course, my daughter (now 18 mos) still loves to wave at the fishes and talk to them. LOL.

I am currently playing around with some blue emperor tetras (or Kerri tetras). In the past there has been some Guppy fry surviving in the community tank but I hardly count them.

Have never done egglayers before though.. Once I get new tank cycled ... looking into doing some egglayers.. (Zebra Danio's) or the like..something simple till I get the hang of it them might go to something a little more exotic..
