i have seen the dwarfs and bought just one and like them very much and plan to get more. but i have seen the green spotted ones and wanted to know how big they get and how should i keep them and what can be kept with them

They need 30gal each. They are brackish and as they age, they will be full marine. The only tankmate would be another GSP. You'd need at least a 55gal to do that.

They grow up to 15cm & need Brachish water, with some rocks as a decor. They love meaty foods & will also eat Snails.
