I'm guessing they are planaria, which match your description and are the most common pest worm in the aquarium. The worms themselves are completely harmless, but when they appear like this, it means that you are overfeeding or there is otherwise a lot of extra food in the tank. I'm not your neighbor, you Bakersfield trash.

redzoom2001 Hobbyist Posts: 68 Kudos: 63 Votes: 0 Registered: 16-Oct-2004	I am not over feeding because its a 10 gallon with a very pregnant female guppy and some real plants watersprite that i put in there 2 days ago and some java moss... is there anything i can buy like a medicine to rid of them only seen 2 or 3 or some shrimp or something that would eat them... and not hurt the fry when they arrive.?
