i made a bit of a mistake!

i accidently striped the wrong fish and now i have some seriously small african cichlids.

i mixed her up with my other girl as this one has only been holding 9 days!

is there any hope for the fry?

the egg sac is quite large and 16 survived they do move around but very little.

Put them in a small tank with an airstone, and hope for the best.... Remove any eggs that develope any fungas

Or you could go out and buy an "Egg Tumbler" which will get you a higher survival rate

bad news guys i put them in a fry net in the communiy tank and the bigger fish sucked em out and killed em

(dont know how the holes are tiny)

any hows shouldnt be a problem any more as i will take more care to see that i dont mix any fish up and now i have my fry tank up and running!

was wondering though is it better to strip a mother or put her in a fry net and wait for her to release them?
