A maritime creature that is 4 inches long and powerful than a point 22 calibre pistol. Big things certainly do come in small packages! Mez Ultimate Fish Guru Asian Hardfeather Enthusiast Posts: 3300 Votes: 162 Registered: 23-Feb-2001 | sorry i was busy before the minimum requirements for a regular gonodactylus is a ten gallon saltwater aquarium with a heater, sand, rubble and a rock pile. Very easy to keep. This varies from species to species obviously, peacocks grow large (8 inches) and require at least a 20g long tank. |

Mez Ultimate Fish Guru Asian Hardfeather Enthusiast Posts: 3300 Votes: 162 Registered: 23-Feb-2001 | Troy, I also have a very rare mantis similar to the Lysiosquilla maculata but with slightly different colouration. This is my Lysiosquilla tredecimdentata, she is about 9 inches long and missing an appendage, this will be due to catching and will be fully regenerated after one more moult. She has about 14 inches of sand, that will do her for a while. she is only in a 10 gallon tank, these mantis NEVER leave their burrows so here are some photos as she was making it. James edit: its Stomatopod. |
