I've just bought my first tank (20G) and I'm in the cycling process right now. I would like to eventually have 8-10 fish and I plan to only introduce 3 fish at a time, I don't want goldfish but would like some ideas for what fish to put in there, and which ones and at what point. Also, what foods I should be feeding them and temp of water. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Have a look in the profiles to tell us what kind of fish you like, and go from there. I would recommend, Tetras, cories, live-bearers, labyrinth fish and some cypinids.

Looking thru the profiles is a good suggestion...another idea is to check out the lfs in your area, see what's available, and make a list of the fish you're interested in. Then we can check in suitability and compatability for your tank.

Thanks for your suggestions. I'm hoping to buy at least 2-3 fish this w/e and then I ask for your help in what I should buy next.
