I've read a little bit about some live-bearers benefitting from fresh green veggies such as lettuce or zucchini. Does anyone have any experience with this and, if so, how should it be prepared and offered to them?

they make those SW veggi food clips, basically a magnet with a clip to hold the veggi.

i think it is best to boil them, but i don't think it is nessesary, they make good baby food out there.

I hold down the lettuce leafs with a small rock. Larger vegs can be fixed to a rock using a elastic band. My Profile will give you a full list of all the foods I use.
Many of my vegs are cooked.
