If you mean over night? As any mother will tell you when its ready its ready regardless of the clock or location. If you mean immediately or a very short period of time after being with a male the answer is obviously no. I believe guppies can give birth to several batches of fry with only one contact with a male guppy. Which question and answer are you referring to?
