hi whats the best way to stack live rock i will be using between 40 to 60 kgs in a 4ft by 2ft by 2ft tank cheers andy (steed007)

Big ones on the bottom my man, and don't stack them like bricks, leave some open spaces, allow water flow. Otherwise, be creative as long as it's secure and won't topple on a fish.

If you need use some aquarium epoxy like the stuff called holdfast to secure the rock if you can't seem to get it how you want it securely.

Agreed, and I like to put the rocks in before the sand or whatever substrate. That way if you have any digging fish or a current flow behind or underneath the rock, the rock doesn't become unstable and topple over. Landslides can do a lot of damage.

A lot of people keep fiddling with their rock long after it first goes into the tank. It's tough to get it exactly like you want it to be.
