It's the beginings of a really nice looking tank.
The contrast between the shades of green (various plants)
and the striking colors of the fish with the substrate
is really nice.
However, and please don't take this wrong, IMO those
whatever they are's sticking out of the substrate,
just don't seem to belong. They sort of "steal" the
eye away from the rest of the tank.
