I see why you love him so much lol aggressiv little bugger, i almost got a new one, was a slight bit over one inch long, but, I dont have an aquarium with no small fish quite yet...eventually though..

nope, just holding him there for estiimate 1 week so i can move my gar out of his tank and move the bass into his tank. i dont think that the bass and the gar would get along that well.
edit: i remember seeing at the bass pro shop that in a very large tank, they had about 12- 1.5 foot bass in with about 4- 3 feet gars.

can they live together?

Unless the tank is extremely large, I wouldn't do it. The bass would probably be too boisterous for the gar, which tends to be a rather shy and nervous fish.

Additionally, the gar would have trouble getting anything to eat with a bass in the same tank.
