A big dog, at that. It CAN live in there and have its basic needs met, but is it truly enough space for it to stretch its legs (or fins)? I don't think so. Please consider getting your Bettas 3-5 gallon tanks each....Eclipse makes great combo kits, and there's a cheaper knockoff at WalMart called the "Regent Galaxy 5", which is essentially an Eclipse 5 gallon tank. It is small enough to handily fit in the corner counter space of a kitchen, but a good size for the Betta. Plus, it is filtered, and the motor keeps the water a little warmer for them. They're actually tropical fish who prefer heated & filtered tanks, and BOY they usually blossom quite well in them! I have a passion for these fish, and am just trying to share that with others. Your Bettas are lovely. ~Lisa |

Nice. Inky |

On the other hand wolves, the ancestors of dogs, roam countless miles of wilderness in the wild so you can't really compare a betta to a dog. |
