Don't keep other fish with those..even big fish like arowana..they will kill it hock:
This is a small Snakehead..just had him for 2 days..killed 2 of my fish,so i gave it back to the lfs.

Snakeheads are one of the most vicious and predatory fish you can own. Absolutely needs to be housed alone as it will kill or eat anything it can.

i believe i know someone who has a large"r" (15 in) who killed a snakehead(red). but nice pic.

My friend's fish got around 18" or so, but i've seen them larger. Too bad they're banned here. Some tool let a few go in a pond behind a gas station in maryland (or was it massachussetts, i can't remember?). This got ecologists in a tizzy because they survived, bred, and are making their way across the continent, gorging themselves on lesser species, leaving the environment in ruins.

Here in Florida snakeheads are a nuiscance. They'll attack anything that comes their way. I've heard of people getting bitten while swimming the lakes.
