In the right conditions, it will release daughter plants, which float on the surface. (This plant does not release daughter plants such as a Java Fern) Comments: A good, hardy plant. When planting, do not bury the rhizome, only the roots. (This plant does not have a rhizome like a Java Fern and the roots can be burred. It would be good to mention that it is restricted from sale in some states.)
