I have no idea what is the meaning of what you added.

"That huge" hardly sounds very formal or professional. Also, when you say "they" and "more than one", it's ambiguous what you mean. Do the sharks like to have more than one shark? Do the aquarists like to have more than one shark?

Also, as profiles are collaborative, I disagree with using "I".
