Well i like to share my expierences with everyone and I am writing this to see if anyone is interested.
I make my onw rocks for all my tanks and have even used them as live rock and successfully seeded it.
Let me know if anyone is interested or has any questions

I am interested as well. Do you free form your rocks or do you use a mold? What is your process and what methods do you use?

Hi,
Pictures would be nice.
In previous experience, concrete has been covered, once
cured, with a glaze or epoxy coating to keep some of the
components of the concrete (such as lime) from
leeching into the pool or tank. What are you doing to your
rocks?

Not to jump in and steal a post, but here's a link that will give extensive instructions on how to do this.
