	Home-Made Hood Ideas?
niggit Fish Addict Posts: 631 Kudos: 282 Votes: 0 Registered: 29-Jan-2003	i just bought a tank that's 48"Lx18"Hx16"W with everything included for $100CAN!! i'm very excited - what a deal! anyhow, the only thing it doesn't really come with is a hood (aside from a couple sheets of glass and a light strip). i like my tanks to look professional and not "home-made-ish" if possible, but i'm thinking that i'm going to have to get creative to find a lid for this thing as i've never seen one that size for sale. any suggestions for rigging up some sort of professional-looking, easy-to-deal-with hood? thanks in advance!
