My marineland penguin filter misteriously stopped working i had the filter for about two months it was working fine before

Have you tried cleaning it out? 2 months is pretty short, but some maintenance can help keep your filter going.

And by cleaning it out I mean taking out the impeller and making sure nothing is clogged.

The impeller was clogged with some parts of a plant that my Oscar was biting I took it out and it started working properly
