After trying my raising of the heat...(84 degrees F) and adding salt to my tank, My A. Baenschi is still looking awful.. white dots horizontally along his body, which are now moving towards his head, and a few are on his gill plates. I know for sure this is not ich.....and as I have said before, it almost looks like it pushes itself from under the scales, or through the scales. What is this?????????? Should I treat for a fungus? It just can't be Ich.. He eats, he is still colorful, not up to par though, no one else in the tank has it except for him, and even then i knew it wasn't Ich, just the way it would appear and behave. Someone give me a hand please! I cant get a good enough picture to post! 72 gallon bowfront:Tanganyikan Lake set up 75 gallon: A. Baenschi trio,Cyanotilapia Afra Cobwe(4), copadichromis trewavase, protomelas sp. tangerine tiger(breeding pair) |
