Since I'm feeling a little frustrated right now, and my fish have caught velvet from a chain store, I've improvised a song.

My cories have velvet, three have died, and my betta is lethargic. He lies on his belly on the tank's bottom, just coming up for air and food. I'm hoping that's just because I raised the tank's temperature, but I really don't know. Anyone have any advice for either problem? I'm treating the cories with an anti-parasite medicine from AquaPharm, it comes in little capsules. Do they work? Please help...

I've got plenty of aeration in my tank. I just started adding this medicine, as I bought it today. The Melafix wasn't working, so I removed it by changing the water.
