my betta has red bloody LOOKING lines and marks that I have watched develope and none of my other fish fight and he just had the ick so whats wrong

ok so we need to know a few thing first what other fish are in the tank. how big it the tank. and ur prams for ur water like ph, NO3, NH2, NH3......

Possibly bacterial septicaemia, possibly poor water quality. Does it look like you can see his veins through his skin?

Make sure the water parameters are fine, you want a 0 on your ammonia and nitrite readings as both of those can cause red streaking in the fins.
