Allright, I have a 10 gallion tank, with 3 swords, a molly, a male betta, and 2 tetras... One of the swords, and one tetra, are new. Anyway, I went to feed them oday, and I noticed I couldn't find my betta, usually he comes right out of his cave when I open the lid. So I moved it, and I saw my betta, he looked awful. His fins are black at the ends and frayed, and his gills were flapping very quickly. also, he can't seem to flap his small fins, they're stuck to his sides. Over the past few days, he's been hiding in the cave, I've not seen him eat very much, either. He's about 3-4 years old, so it might be age, but I'm unsure... About the other fish. It started with the new sword, she has it the worst. Thery have small, clear, bubbles coming out of their skin. They're eating fine, and the bubbles don't seem to bother them very much. I just noticed the bubbles this morning, they looked allright last night when I fed them. Help a fish newbie out? (I might be able to get some photos in later)

I'm quite fond of the betta... If this helps, there are tons of snails in the tank, and the filter says it goes through 90 gallons of water in an hour.

Julianess, you are certainly getting around today! Welcome to FP

As i said on the ABF, it is entirely possible it is ich (otherwise known as white spot) as all of those signs sound like ich to me.

tho, ich is white, not clear, so that has thrown me.
