I have a Black Phantom Tetra that has a red area around its tail, it looks a little swollen. Does anyone know what this is? If so what should I do?

You most likely have a female as the female black phantom has a red anal fin. What size tank do you have her in as with most tetras you do need to have a school( at least 6) for them to be happy.
