	Can I use Melafix in combination with my Ick medication?

Posts: 103 Kudos: 53 Votes: 16 Registered: 08-Dec-2007	I have dosed the tank with the ick medication tablets, and my question is, can I use the melafix to calm and de-stress the fish???? They all seem to be alittle nutty right now. There wouldn't be much point using it for the purpose that you want, and given that it is yet another 'impurity' in the water, it has the potential to make the fish more stressed. Reduce the light and keep the area around the tank calm, and be sure that the fish have adequate filtration and surface agitation.
