I have a lil fishie that hasnt been doing too good for the last few weeks. He is a dwarf gourami. More recentyle (past week) he has been staying in 1 spot behing a rock... usually on his side ) today he is BARELY moving his gills and the fish are nibbling at him. Should i remove him and end his misery? If so how do you suggest I put him to rest... ?

Clove oil is supposedly the best way to euthanize fish--never actually tried euthanasia myself, but if he's really in that bad of a condition, I see no other way around it. Sorry for your loss.

Any idea what has caused the condition of this fish?

According to a lot of people decapitation is the quickest most painless way (but not too pleasant for the owner!) of finishing a fishes life.
