So far everyone has been a BIG help, but yet once again another question from a Noob!!

What fish medications would be best to keep on hand for a FW aquarium?

My fish consist of:

1 - Female Betta
2 - Bala Sharks
2 - Dwarf Gourami's
6 - Rummynose Tetra's

Thanks ahead of time... once again

I try to keep fungus, parasite and ich medications along with melafix just in case. Along with the most important thing you can have a quarantine tank.

I've been keeping fish for longer than I want to admit

The ones that I always seem to keep on hand are:

Stress Coat
Melafix
Ich Meds
These are the ones I try not to ever run out of...if I do then something always seems to go wrong...

I also seem to always have some other water purifies/de-chlorinator on had...The easiest wayt to keep everything together is going down to Wal-Mart or other discount store and getting an elcheapo tool box (mine cost $4 has a flip lid for small stuff, hinged lid, and life out tray, with larger section beneath.) In this I keep my test kit (removeable tray), extra tubing, extra pump, battery powered pump, with extra batteries (also walmart, sports section $5 runs on 2 DD batteries for over 48 hrs.), meds, and any thing else that seems to be needed. This way I always have my kit, and it sits with the 5 gallon bucket and python... Just what I have and how I try to keep it...anyone else do this? Heidi
