Safest and yet most effective treatment I have used so far is Esha exit, but thats with shrimp, fish, and plants, I couldnt guarantee it wouldnt kill molluscs.

Sorry I cannot help you with that but thing about this before it happens again.

How did it get into the tank and how can I prevent it again.
If it was imported by a fish or a plant a QT would certainly help. If it came in Via water that is easly prevented just store your treated water for one week as the ICH does not have a host it will just die.

I have has to do this for years now as I know it comes through our water supply during the colder months.

Have a look in [link=My Profile] http://www.fishprofiles.com/forums/member.aspx?id=1935[/link] for my tank info

I had this problem recently myself, Planted tank with fish and Inverts, case of Ich. This is what I did

1/2 dose of Copper safe (administered twice a few days apart) AND 1/2 dose of Quickcure (Follow the dosing instructions just cut it in half) This knocked out the Ich in about a week with no problems to any of the inhabitants. again no Mollusks just fish shrimp and plants.

If you have enough tanks you can also just rotate, or remove the fish for treatment and rest the main tank. I wouldn't recommend it unless you have a suitable tank of a decent size and are used to dealing with uncycled tanks.
