I have my girl betta in a breeder to separate her from the male. Someday she got out and was torn to shreds but was making a recovery with the help of melafix. But now food on the bottom of the breeder started to grow fungus and it spread to her on her side and lips. I have cleaned the breeder and added more melafix what else could i do?

Go to the LFS ASAP. Get some maracyn or any of the products made by Mardel. They work good. But there are oher brands, they look like pills. Like human pills. GO and by some. But melafix is a good start. Good luck.

OK, well step 1 would be get her her own tank Aside from not having enough room in a breeder, if they're sharing water, chances are that your male will pick up the infection that she has too.

As for treating the fungus, Products such as multi-cure which contain Malachite Green, Methaline Blue & Acryflavine (sorry if i butchered some of that spelling ) are fantastic IME.

...Just on a side note, (& i'm sure you've figured this out yourself by now) food shouldn't be left so long that it starts growing things & clean water is ESPECIALLY important for injured fish, as their wounds are suspetible to infection If you're fish isn't eating as much as normal due to illness or injury, feed him/her progressivley ie: if you normally feed 6 pellets, drop one or 2 at a time & wait till s/he eats them to add another. However if you DO end up with leftovers, something like a turkey baster is great for removing uneaten food
