Many thanks

It does seem mighty general Does it have the ingredients listed at all?

Does it look like a blister? or an air bubble? pr more like a pimple?

Where abouts on the tail is it?

It it causing the fish any problems with swimming or getting around?

Lol yes it is very general its spreading up towards the base of his tail but not there yet, and it appears to be a a ball of what looks like either blisters or bubbles and spreading off of it under the fin is just what. Lol the best way to describe it is like a half popped spot with some underneath.
Its not got any better at all and if anything its getting bigger. I have a smaller one in there too and shes fine.
The medication has no signs of what it has in it and the instruction booklet looks like its been designed for 5 year olds.
Is there anything stronger i can give him without harming the other fish?

Thank you

I'm not convinced it is an infection to be honest.

look up

GAS BUBBLE DISEASE

and see if the photographs of that match what your fish appears to have.

Being in the UK, the strongest products you are likely to be able to get are supplied by the company Waterlife.
