![]() | Gourami thought he was a balloon? |

I fed the fish in my 33 gal before leaving and everything was fine as usual. All parameters tested and fine, although No3 was a bit higher than normal, but just a bit. When I returned, my nice Gourami (I think it's called Coral blue. Its the one with red in the body and blue fins) (Colisa Lalia) was dead. He looked like he had crashed head first into some plants. It also looked as he had swallowed a ping-pong ball. Both of his sides were really really swollen up. It looked like when a person holds a lot of air in his cheeks. Don't know if anyone knows what may have caused this but any help would be really appreciated. The fish looked fine when I left and all the other fish are fine as usual. Thanks ![]() |
